The office and how to find it
Kathleen's office is located on Level 1 of Manuka Arcade, which is unfortunately up one flight of stairs with no lift. There is no receptionist, so once you enter the door numbered 19 take a seat in the waiting room and Kathleen will come to get you when it is time for your appointment.
