Psychological therapy is an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a supported environment to improve your mental health, relationships and overall wellbeing.
I provide therapy for a range of mental health problems including depression, anxiety and insomnia, as well as interpersonal, relationship problems and workplace issues. I will work to understand your unique situation and tailor a treatment plan to suit you using evidence based approaches. Therapeutic approaches I use include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Dessensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema therapy. Therapy can take place either face to face in my office in Kingston or via telehealth.
